What is it?
Fill out this form to sign up your company to participate. Once signed up, LNP will provide a link for the confidential employee questionnaire. Your company's human resources person will share that link with your company's employees. To participate, businesses must be located in Lancaster County and must have at least 5 employees.

For no charge, each company receives: 1) a detailed score report along with benchmark data for comparison, 2) a listing in Best Workplaces magazine and 3) a listing on LancasterOnline.
What winners receive:
- A free seat at the December breakfast and awards event honoring winners by size and industry. NOTE: Our ability to hold the awards event is dependent on Covid regulations. A decision will be finalized by October.
- Winning companies will be featured in LNP's Best Workplaces magazine and on LancasterOnline.com.
