Meet Landis Communities

Landis Communities is a premier aging adult service organization in Lancaster County, offering continuing care retirement communities, home and community-based services, and quality living services. With a wide array of services and programs, Landis Communities has an ongoing need for both successful marketing strategies and targeted recruitment initiatives.

The Goals

Landis Communities chose LNP Media Group to help accomplish two goals: hire new workers during the national staffing shortage through the implementation of a Facebook advertising campaign, and raise awareness of Landis Communities and their affiliates through the use of on-going branding campaigns.

“LNP Media Group has been a very important ally to Landis Communities for years. They are pleasant, timely, and very easy to work with. They always keep us up-to-date on special advertising offerings, and also regularly offer suggestions on how we can pivot our marketing campaigns to result in the best ROI. Through analytics and conversations with team members, it’s evident that the Facebook recruitment campaign run by LNP is one of the main ways individuals find out about our open positions, and a visible increase is seen in website analytics when a print ad is placed in one of the newspapers.

We are extremely grateful for LNP Media Group and for their continued work and effort on all of our campaigns. They have been a valuable part of our growth and success.”
