How We Build Brands

Woman reading LNP newspaper

Newspapers are the most trusted media source for US adults, and advertising in the newspaper drives conversions more than ads on TV, radio, or in the mail. Newspaper readers are more affluent and highly educated than non-newspaper readers. And, while newspapers have traditionally had a strong share of the retiree demographic, newspapers also appeal to millennials; readers aged 21-34 make up 24% of newspaper readership. LNP Media Group boasts a broad array of print products including a daily newspaper, three weekly newspapers, special sections, a total market coverage mailer, glossy magazines, and more. Print marketing compliments digital and video marketing and offers affordable solutions to help any business grow.

case study: video marketing

Landis at Home

Landis at Home wanted to capture the essence of what they do and why they do it, which goes beyond physical care and includes kindness and companionship. LNP Media Group provided Landis at Home with vision, storyboarding, art direction, on-site shooting, lighting, sound, and professional editing. The video created by LNP Media Group is a heartfelt testimony to the powerful impact of compassionate, in-home care.

One of my team members was moved to tears when watching the video LNP created for us. We are very thankful to LNP for their expertise and for the excellent video that was produced.

About Us

For nearly 158 years and four generations, the Steinman family of Lancaster owned and operated what today is LNP Media Group. LNP Media Group comprises three local newspapers, a news website, and a marketing agency. LNP Media Group’s daily newspaper is LNP which, with its companion site, is Lancaster County’s top source of news and information. The other two publications are The Ephrata Review and The Lititz Record, hyper-local weekly newspapers.

Founded by educators in 1963, WITF has been an essential part of the civic, educational and cultural fabric of the Central Pennsylvania region for over 60 years. WITF operates a non-commercial television station in Harrisburg, and the region’s NPR radio station WITF-FM (89.5).

Starting in July 2023, LNP Media Group and WITF — two vibrant, local institutions — marked a new era: Steinman Communications, which is owned by the Steinman family, gifted LNP Media Group and its publications to WITF as a capstone to the family’s two centuries of community service and philanthropy. Together, WITF and LNP Media Group are creating a new mission-driven and sustainable model for local news and strategic marketing for local businesses. With their partners at WITF, LNP Media Group will continue to provide highly effective marketing and advertising solutions in print and online to businesses throughout the region.
