Recruitment Marketing through Digital Channels
Email Marketing
Email marketing is the preferred method of communication for job seekers. Email marketing is typically utilized to reach potential employees for positions that have requirements of higher education, experience, or specialized skills, and have a limited candidate pool. The email list is selected by job title in a defined geography. Emails are sent twice using two different creatives followed up with a retargeting ad. We retarget IP addresses that opened your emails with 3-5 retargeted ads.
Geofencing
Seventy-five percent of job applications, and rising, come in via mobile phone. Geofencing allows you to reach job candidates where they are, on their phones. Geofencing uses a geographically defined virtual perimeter established by a location point or address. Geofencing is excellent for targeting certain professions who are identifiable by location. For example, if workers need to pass a test to be certified to work in an occupation, we can virtually fence the testing center and then serve mobile ads to everyone who entered the testing center. In big box stores we can even zero in on sections such as the greenhouse area. We recommend fencing the types of establishments where people with the desired skills are currently working or going to school. All ads are delivered on mobile devices so potential applicants see them while on breaks or when they are entering or exiting school or work. We can also set up targeted areas where people with the desired skill sets may go at a specific day or time—such as picking up kids at school, waiting for a concert to begin, athletic events, and more.
Social media marketing
Fifty percent of recruiters use social media campaigns to find job applicants. Social media campaigns are targeted by demographic profile, behavioral profile, and specific geography. Facebook is typically the most effective social media channel for recruiting. Social media can help you to reach the right candidates with campaigns that have high click through rates and low cost per click, making recruitment as efficient as possible for your business.
Retargeting and Targeted Display
Retargeting plays a crucial role in our recruitment services, accompanying other digital services to produce the best possible results. Retargeting ads will follow people who have viewed email, geofencing, and other campaigns to reach these potential employees after they have interacted with your initial message. Through Targeted Display, we are able to target individuals by geography, demographic, job title, industry and more. Coupled with retargeting, this campaign provides great awareness for open positions.
Video
Video is the most consumed online content type. LNP’s in-house video team can create custom videos that showcase the special qualities of your company’s work environment. These videos can be short clips for use in social media campaigns, or can be longer narratives to place on your company website. Either way, video is an effective and engaging storytelling medium to convey why your company is a great place to work.
